About the Project

The Supporting Innovation in the Philippine Technical and Vocational Education and Training System (SIPTVETS) Project (Loan No. 4268-PHI) is a five-year loan project implemented by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

The project was conceptualized to support the modernization and reform of the Philippines' technical and vocational education and training (TVET) system. The ultimate goal is to enable the system to respond effectively to an increasingly globalized, technology- and knowledge-driven market.
